HR Risk Assessment Pricing:

Up to 25 Employees - $1,250

26-50 Employees - $1,750

51-100 Employee - $2,250

Over 100 Employees - $3,250

NavigationHR’s Risk Assessment is an audit of your company’s Human Resources (HR) records, process and strategy. It is comprised of a visit to your location where we inspect your files and interview whomever is most familiar with your organization’s current HR function.

Based upon our findings a detailed Risk Assessment Report is prepared within 10 days of that initial meeting identifying and prioritizing areas of concern. A follow-up meeting, either in person or by telephone conference is scheduled to present and discuss the findings and potential plans of action.

On-site Human Resources Consulting Pricing:

Typical Plan

Phase I (Typically 3-6 months) - $2,750/month:

• 1 day per week (4 weeks per month) of on-site consulting by HR Professional

  • reduce consulting fee to $2,100/month if services provided remotely instead of on-site​

• Additional support for times other than scheduled on-site days at no extra charge:

  • Telephone calls to/from HR Professional of less than 15 minutes, not to exceed 20 minutes per day.

  • Emails resulting in less than 15 minutes of immediate work, not to exceed 20 minutes per day.
     

Phase II (Typically 3-6 months) - $1,500/month:

• 2 days per month of on-site consulting by HR Professional

  • reduce consulting fee to $1,250/month if services provided remotely instead of on-site

• Additional support for times other than scheduled on-site days at no extra charge:

  • Telephone calls to/from HR Professional of less than 15 minutes, not to exceed 20 minutes per day.

  • Emails resulting in less than 15 minutes of immediate work, not to exceed 20 minutes per day.
     

Phase III (Typically 12 months) - $1,000/month:

• 1 days per month of on-site consulting by HR Professional

  • reduce consulting fee to $850/month if services provided remotely instead of on-site

• Additional support for times other than scheduled on-site days at no extra charge:

  • Telephone calls to/from HR Professional of less than 15 minutes, not to exceed 20 minutes per day.

  • Emails resulting in less than 15 minutes of immediate work, not to exceed 20 minutes per day.
     

Phase IV (Typically 12 months on an ongoing basis) - $650/month:

• 1 days per quarter (4 days a year) of on-site consulting by HR Professional

• Additional support for times other than scheduled on-site days at no extra charge:

  • Telephone calls to/from HR Professional of less than 15 minutes, not to exceed 20 minutes per day.

  • Emails resulting in less than 15 minutes of immediate work, not to exceed 20 minutes per day.

Note:

~ Each on-site day is comprised of 7 hours of consultant time (6 hours if NYC).

~ The client may request additional time and/or services above and beyond what is provided under the terms of the agreement at the rate of $150/hour, billed in 15 minute increments, or $750 for a full day.
